projectdx 3a3e8bc7da fix(ffmpeg-hls): support txt manifests with ffmpeg 8.1

- force the hls demuxer before allowed_extensions is applied
- reuse the same hls input args for ffprobe duration checks
- bump patch version to 0.2.38
